Who we are
Latte & Loom (latteandloom.com) is run by Nora Whitfield. Contact: hello@latteandloom.com.
What we collect
- Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare Pages) records IP address, user agent and requested URL for security and performance. These are retained for a short period.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is stored by our newsletter provider (buttondown) so we can send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Guest submissions. Name, email, website and the article you send us, kept while we review and, if published, for as long as the article is online.
- Calculators. Everything you type into our tools stays in your browser. Nothing is sent to us.
Cookies, analytics and ads
We use minimal cookies. If display advertising is enabled, ad partners such as Google may set cookies to serve and measure ads. Where required by law you will see a consent banner with a first-layer "Reject all" option, and non-essential cookies are not set until you accept.
Affiliate links to Amazon and other retailers may set cookies on the retailer's site so that purchases can be attributed to us. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will update this page when our practices change and note the date above.
