Cons

  • Hand grinding 30 g takes about a minute
  • Not ideal for espresso without the ESP burrs

The C3 is the grinder in our dorm, RV and starter plans. The steel burrs are a clear step up from the ceramic ones in cheaper hand grinders, and the whole thing fits in a mug.

It is a pour-over and French press grinder first. You can get close to espresso with the finer clicks, but if you drink mostly espresso, buy an electric grinder built for it.
